PLT Institute is founded by a group of technical based subjects teachers in September 1995 in Batu Pahat, Johor. As per the number of students increase and moving toward the need of the job market for skill manpower, the 2nd center is started in October 1997 in Muar, Johor; the 3rd center is started in May 2002 in Kluang, Johor. Our primary objective is to provide affordable vocational and skill based training for students to meet the growing demand for skilled work forces in our country. It provides a second chance or optional pathway for the Art Stream as well as Science Stream school–leavers to pursue further education in engineering. It also provides a pre-job program to equip SPM school-leavers more capable to pursue their career job positions. We are looking for a result-oriented, fully committed and highly capable person to fill up the following position:

Computer Trainer

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting vocational training program (Computer System) which is under Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran.
2. To ensure company's objective and targets are achieved.
3. Keep updated with technologies and certification as part of personal development.
4. Maintain professional relationships with everyone.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess Vocational Training Officer (VTO) with DKM/DLKM in Computer System or other related disciplines.
2. Able to work independently.
3. Must be resourceful, process drive and high level of commitment and be able to cope up with tight work schedules.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.

Blog ini dicipta khusus untuk chekgu2 kemahiran di luar sana.. bakal2 chekgu kemahiran juga amat dialu2kan menjenguk blog Chekgu yg x seberapa ini.. Ya! chekgu kemahiran = Pengajar Kemahiran.. yang mengendalikan Program Latihan Kemahiran seperti SKM, DKM, DLKM, VTO kursus2 modular/customised dll..  lepak sambil berkongsi pengalaman.. bak kate chekgu kepada Chekgu dolu2.. katanya, 'Sharing is Caring'.. kalau x kongsi macamana pelatih nak tahu, nak mahir & sayang chekgu.. mari kita berkongsi ilmu latihan kemahiran agar chekgu2 dapat amalkannya sepanjang sesi pengajaran-pembelajaran dgn pelatih2 chekgu..

Apa yg sinonim dengan sistem latihan kemahiran ni yer? Sistem Pentauliahan, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Vocational Training Officer (VTO), Written Instructional Material (WIM), Course of Study (CoS), 4 Steps Pattern.. Internship.. huhu banyak lagi kan..  tak tersebut Chekgu!

Apa2 pun.. mari kita capai persepakatan bersama sebelum Chekgu masyuk berblogging.. Chekgu2 semua.. Aims blog Chekgu pada hari ini & seterusnya ialah :

1.  Kenalpasti 'subjek matters' dlm arena latihan kemahiran yg nak dikongsikan.

2.  Bincangkan 'subjek matters' yg telah dikenalpasti.

3.  Simpan hasil perbincangan 'subjek matters' untuk rujukan chekgu2 kemahiran semua.

4.  Laksana sesi penyampaian Pelajaran (Lesson) seiring hasil perbincangan 'subjek matters' .

Ermm.. apa yg susah sangat nak faham aims Chekgu nih! huhu.. dengan kata lainnya.. apa yg dikongsikan di blog ini bolehlah dijadikan panduan untuk Persediaan, Penyampaian, Penggunaan & Pengesahan chekgu2 sekalian semasa sesi pengajaran di institut atau Pusat Bertauliah nanti ..
